Street work

As an artist painting in the public domain, Dice67's work is varied, often thought provoking and colourful. See this section for examples and merchandise.

About:

Whilst working as a teacher for young adults with learning difficulties and behaviour problems, Dice was asked to teach upcycling of furniture. The students in his care wished to put Banksy style stencils onto their works and, after teaching himself, he brought this to the sessions.

After a while, one of the students asked if they could paint a bus stop near him that was looking a mess. Little was Dice to know that, by adding a picture of his daughter as a guardian to the wall, this would lead him on a journey to becoming an artist in his own right and running one of the biggest paint festivals in the country!

In a few short years he has gone from stencilling to learning to paint freehand murals in spray, acrylics, masonry and even household emulsions! He has painted the Sky Arts Studio, the Cheltenham Literature and Jazz Festivals, The Holst Museum, GWR, Arsenal Football Club and many more.

In 2019 he was invited to Vienna to give a talk about the International nature of street art at the prestigious Wien Museum, who had given the entire museum over to a street artists takeover!

After the CPF2020 event in September, Dice was asked to front a 2 hour LIVE program on Sky Arts for their #SkyVIP customers. Dice and graffiti artist Tommy 'Heat' Burnz took viewers through a brief history of graffiti before showing them how to create graffiti lettering and paint a piece on a wall.
